BOTANILINE

In his position as CEO and Managing Director, Mark is responsible for the long-term strategic direction, scientific and applied R&D initiatives, and positioning BOTANILINE® in emerging markets. While he is generally the ‘face’ of the company, Mark typically works with the top levels of the company’s management and leadership hierarchies as well as Financial Institutions to maximize the ROI for both BOTANILINE® and its strategic partners. Mark’s commitment to BOTANILINE® is a logical extension of his passion for the health and welfare of the general population and both his healthcare management and manufacturing careers. During his tenure as President and CEO of Multisorb Technologies International (MTI), Mark established very strong relationships within the most highly regulated markets in the U.S.A. and internationally; reaching unsurpassed quality standards for the food, pharmaceutical and other markets throughout the globe. The net result was to take MTI from the verge of bankruptcy in 2000 to a value of $150 million in 2009. His professional career spanning 36 years’ experience as CEO/President in multiple corporations, hospitals and healthcare systems, Mark has consistently taken them to levels and achievements they would never have reached on their own. His successes were uniquely recognized by the American College of Health Care Administrators and the University of Virginia having awarded him the prestigious Robert S. Hudgens “Young Administrator of the Year” in 1986. Mark received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College, his Masters from The George Washington University.
