Michelle Brydalski is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in ensuring food safety, maintaining quality standards, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. As the Vice President of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory at Charcuterie Artisans, she plays a pivotal role in upholding the commitment to delivering safe and high-quality food products to their consumers. Fortunate to have worked with many global food manufacturers such as General Mills and Rich Products Corporation, along with many smaller organizations for over 25 years, Michelle has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, and has successfully implemented robust food safety and quality assurance programs and streamlined regulatory processes, contributing to Charcuterie Artisans reputation as an industry leader. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo providing her with a solid academic foundation to navigate the complexities of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. She also holds several certifications including HACCP, PCQI, Advanced SQF Practitioner, Internal Systems Auditing, and FSVP. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son traveling the country and hiking the various National Parks.
