Andrew Jacobs is the Senior Director of Quality and Regulatory, Americas Flavor Solutions for McCormick & Company, Inc. His responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and decision-making for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of key quality, food safety, and regulatory programs for the Americas Region.

Joining McCormick in 2006, Andrew has gained over 17 years of professional quality, food safety, and regulatory experience supporting the company’s retail, food service, and industrial businesses, as well as developed an expertise across food categories including raw material spices and herbs, ready-to-eat (RTE) seasonings, condiments, flavors, and extracts.

Andrew is a member of the World Trade Center Institute’s Emerging and Developing Global Executives (EDGE) Program, Shenandoah University’s Transformative Leadership Program Advisory Board, McCormick’s Global Quality & Regulatory Leadership Team, and McCormick’s Americas Senior Leadership Team. Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. degree in Chemistry.
