Jared Keefer, MPH, RS is the Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems for Shamrock Foods Company where he leads food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality for one of the largest foodservice distributors in the western U.S. A veteran of public health, food safety and quality, Jared has held leadership roles in local government, Sprouts Farmers Market and URM Stores Inc. He has also held various roles with state and local public health agencies as well as Safeway. Jared holds a Master of Public Health and BS in Zoology, both from the University of Washington. He is also a Registered Sanitarian and PCQI.
