Kim is a senior food safety professional with 30 years of experience under her belt.
She has been with Monterey Mushrooms for 12 years, currently holding a position as their Food Safety Director.
She is also a member of professional and industry organizations such as United Fresh and PMA Food Safety Committees and of the American Mushroom Institute Food Safety Task Force.
Her expertise falls under Continuous Improvement, Leadership, Food Safety systems, Sanitary Design and Regulatory Compliance.
Kim graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a focus on Nutrition Science/Food Science.
